Pomodoro technique

Some of us has the issue of delaying work and with the procrastination.They put lots of efforts but do not focus on it.

Now a days technology is more dominate on the people they are using more while in doing some projects we prefer to firstly check our mobiles or whatsapp status or facebook notification these activities distract us from the main goal.

Developer and entrepreneur Francesco Cirillo created the pomodoro technique in the late 1980s, when he began to use his tomato-shaped kitchen timer to organize his work schedule. Each working interval is called a pomodoro, the Italian word for tomato (plural: pomodori).
