I found Tweetdeck useful due to the ability to manage multiple accounts helping you to keep track of your following count saving you a lot of time trying to find it. Tweetdeck allows you to stack and collate your own tweets with the ability to schedule, helping you to organise your scheduling feed which you can see below:

Tweetdeck alerts you when the people you are interested in tweets or retweets content making the searching process a lot easier it is instantly there for you without the endless need to search. And most importantly all the hashtags that you want to follow are all in one place so you can repost and curate all the content you wish!

The only obvious downside to Tweetdeck is that it is only solely for Twitter but nevertheless it is an absolute essential for anyone who uses the platform as it instantly gathers all the information you need in one place.
