Will Amazon Logistics Ruin Amazon?

The scenario is to common now, “Amazon lost my package, I’ve Never had Amazon lose a package, there always pretty good at this”. I have recently been ranting to my peers about the horrid service I have received from Amazon lately, and I get a lot of this. My concern was shared when I talked to some of my friends staff, who shared the problems I have been having recently. They voiced their concern about their lost packages, some have even ordered over six packages, and been given a “we’re sorry but we lost all six of your orders on transit to carrier” email, attempting to be a consoling summary on not doing there job. I ordered three packages in a row to have all three of them lost, after several rants to customer service, all I got was a refund. I don’t know about you, but I shop to get items, not because I like to satisfyingly click a button without repercussions, knowing that I will get refunded when (not if) Amazon loses my package. One customer service representative told me it was Amazon Logistics who was losing my packages.

To those who don’t know Amazon Logistics, it’s pretty much a taxi cab for your orders. One can look up videos of Amazon Logistics and immediately be accompanied by several videos of Logistic workers throwing and disrespecting packages, and even defecating on lawns! This isn’t some specific thing that you have to scour the internet for, just look up videos for Amazon Logistics and you will find them.

I even had one customer service representative “promise” to me that she would single handedly make sure my package got to me. She said that she would monitor my delivery to make sure it got there on time. Two days late, My package came in, at least I got it after 3 tries.

Especially in the month of December, I would hope they would be ready for the big shipment for Christmas items, and is even more disappointing when one of my packages was ordered on black friday, and lost. I wonder how many people experienced this problem. I hope people consider this when Christmas shopping. People literally should go to any site but Amazon if they want their packages, or it’s going to be one disappointing Holiday for the kids.

Nothing against Amazon, I have always loved Amazon and have never had a problem with them, but Amazon Logistics is a failed system that needs to be seriously looked over.
